Our lectures take place in the lecture theatre at Tudor Grange Academy, Bilford Road, Worcester WR3 8HN on the second Tuesday of the month from September to June.

Annual membership of the Society gives entry to all ten lectures. Visitors may pay £7.50 on the door.

There is a socialising period before the lecture, commencing at 7:15pm, notices are given at 7:50pm and the lectures commence at 8:00pm prompt. Lectures are nominally one hour long, and are usually followed by an opportunity to raise questions.

The session is generally over by 9:20.

Access and facilities

The Academy has a large car park to the rear of the building, with level access through the rear (staff) entrance or the main front entrance. There are specific disabled parking spaces nearby and also closer to the front entrance. Our lectures are held on the first floor, which is accessible by lift and stairs. The lecture theatre is fixed tiered seating, we reserve space on and by the front row for those with restricted mobility or sensory problems. (We are currently investigating the provision of a hearing loop.)
